Winning Time Season 2 is on the way!
“Winning Time” is a captivating dramatization that delves into the professional and personal lives of the iconic Los Angeles Lakers basketball teams in the 1980s. The first season primarily focuses on the 1979-1980 NBA season, showcasing the tenure of Jerry Buss as owner and the rookie year of the legendary Magic Johnson.
But we’re back for Season Two and there is a lot in store.
Dynasties aren’t built… They’re taken!
Season One of the show was the story of the team coming together and winning its first championship. We’ve always been interested in what comes after that though. In a traditional sports story the team comes together, wins, and then they walk off into the sunset.
But this series isn’t about one championship, it’s about a dynasty, and what comes after winning that first ring.
For this upcoming season, we honed in on the period just after the finals in 1980 and carry it through 1984, culminating to the first professional rematch of the era’s greatest stars: Magic Johnson and Larry Bird… The two men who turned basketball into the crucible of American culture that it became.
I’m so excited for you all to see all the hard work that was put into this second season.
Season Two of “Winning Time” is slated to release on August 6th.

The future of sports is purple and gold. New decade. New season.

Killadelphia #30
'THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME,' Conclusion:
Villains have become heroes, the line between good and evil has been blurred beyond recognition, Philadelphia is ravaged by the war between Heaven and Hell, and our heroes are DEAD…
From the ashes of despair comes the spark of hope that will set up a bold new direction for this series…
There have been many twists and turns over the course of Killadelphia, but arguably none quite as dramatic as the reveal at the end of Killadelphia #30. The final page of the issue sees the series crossover with another franchise in a big way, as Todd McFarlane's Spawn makes his grand entrance.
