Blacula is so close that we can nearly taste it!
Blacula is rising again. The cult classic horror character is returning in my new graphic novel. My good friend and artist Jason Shawn Alexander is doing the art. This Blacula graphic novel has long been a passion project for me and I can’t wait for you guys to get your hands on it on January 31st.
I grew up on the Universal monster movies, and the notion of what horror could be changed when I saw Blacula at age eight. It’s an honor to continue the story that myself and so many others love.
I can’t wait for you to see how I brought 1972 to 2023.
